Development Coach for season 2023

The North Heidelberg Sporting Club affiliated in Division 1 of the Northern Football League (NFNL) is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Development Coach for season 2023.

Applicants will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work with our coaching panel headed by senior coach Jason Heatley.

The applicant will display the following;

Possess a clear focus on modern game styles and philosophies;

Present a structured, organised and disciplined approach to both

training sessions and games;

Be a strong educator who is an excellent communicator both on

and off the field who values player/personal development;

Reflect a genuine commitment to work in unison with the club coaching panel with the aim of providing the playing group with a clear pathway to senior football;

Level 1 AFL Victoria coaching accreditation (or willing to attain).

Remuneration offered will be competitive and reflective of the skills and attributes of the selected applicant.
